Common problems:

• The thank-you page says "Confirming your payment". Stripe usually confirms within seconds. The page checks again on its own for about 30 seconds. Do not pay twice.
• I closed the page, or my link expired. Email support with the address you used at checkout, or forward your Stripe receipt, and we reply with a new link. We do not email links on our own yet.
• I cannot open the .zip. Most computers and phones open .zip files directly. On a phone, use the Files app.
